Wednesday: 45 min. Montara run, 3 hour hike
Thursday: 1 core routine #2, 90 Bikram yoga
Friday: Light stretching & foam roller sessions
Saturday: 18 mile intensive trail run
Sunday: Light stretch and foam roller
