Monday July 2 - Sunday July 8

Monday: 9.5 mile run to my bank
Tuesday: 5 mile run to and from the coffee shop. No carbs of sugars for 2 weeks today and feeling great. I'm beginning to think that is possible to run without them.
Wednesday: off
Thursday: 5 mile walk to and from work.
Friday: off
Saturday: 5 mile walk to and from work.
Sunday: off
